In high-school, Daisy had a huge crush on her brother’s best friend Liam. She was the nerdy type and he was the typical bad boy. After standing her up at prom, Liam strangely disappeared from their lives.
10 years later her family is pushing her to get married and Liam will not receive his inheritance if he does not have a wife. Both of them hatch a plan to have a fake relationship in order to get their families off their back.
This book was cute and I enjoyed the the characters (especially Liam). All of the characters have great personalities and are very well developed. Liam is a misunderstood bad boy who has a rough past. Daisy came off as a little annoying to me. She was a great character but had so many weird quirks (especially with the marvel themed underwear….WHY???).
I did not like was that the book was extremely predictable. Even though the characters are great, it felt like I was watching a Hallmark movie. I personally, don’t like those kind of books or movies, so I didn’t enjoy the book as much as I should have.

Over all I gave this book 2/3 stars. If you like romance books, this is definitely the book for you.
